The Tax Master of Orlando, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") is a tax preparation, accounting and business services firm located at 222 Neighborhood Market Rd #104, Orlando, FL 32825. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

Information you provide to us in the course of an engagement — tax documents, financial records and similar — is additionally governed by the professional confidentiality obligations that apply to tax return preparers, including Internal Revenue Code section 7216.

Through this website we collect only what you choose to give us. If you complete the contact form, that is your name, and whichever of your phone number and email address you provide, together with the service you selected, your preferred contact method and the message you write.

Our web host may also record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs used for security and reliability.

The contact form is not a document transfer channel. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, ITINs, dates of birth, bank account or routing numbers, or paste document contents into it.

Tax documents themselves should go directly to the office instead: email photos of them to thetaxmasterorlando@yahoo.com, bring them in during business hours, or call (407) 482-4041 and we will walk you through it. Email inherently carries some risk in transit, as all email does — if you prefer, handing documents over in person is always available.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, to arrange an appointment or consultation, and to provide the services you ask us for.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not send marketing email to people who have simply made an inquiry.

Under Internal Revenue Code section 7216, we may not use or disclose your tax return information for any purpose other than preparing your return without your prior written consent, except where the law specifically permits or requires it.

We may disclose information where compelled by law — for example in response to a valid subpoena, court order or lawful government request — and to service providers who assist us in delivering our services and are bound to protect it.

Inquiries that do not become engagements are retained only as long as needed to respond to them and to keep a basic record of contact.

Client records are retained for the periods required by professional and legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Pages that embed a Google Map load content from Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google's own privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, you can use the address and directions links instead.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to the information in our care.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is the reason for the request above regarding sensitive documents.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. Information about dependants provided by a parent or guardian in the course of preparing a return is handled as client information under the protections described above.

If we change this policy we will update the date shown below. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
